It's so exciting when a company chooses one of my designs for a commercial run! There are two limited commercial licenses for the use of my designs in large production.

For limited runs of 50 to 100 items, a Limited Commercial License option is available for any single design that will be stitched on 50 to 100 single items or stitched by a third party on your company's behalf.

For larger production runs, a Limited Commercial License is available for 101 to 999 single items or stitched by a third party on your company's behalf.

In either of these scenarios, the commercial license fee must be purchased in addition to the design itself. The commercial license fee must be purchased for each design that will be used for each of the quantities expected. If these two listings do not fit your needs, please reach out to me and I'll create a custom listing for your production plans.

Licensed production of 50-100 or licensed production of 101 to 999 stitched items with a single design is defined as limited commercial embroidery and is strictly prohibited without the purchase of this license. This license gives you the right to embroider this design on items for profit and sell them.

Once the respective fee is purchased for each design for commercial use, companies are released to use Good Measure Embroidery intellectual property.

In accordance with United States copyright law, when you purchase a digital file from Good Measure Embroidery only the purchaser of the design(s) can use the file(s). The purchaser of the design MAY NOT email, share, trade, give, loan, or claim the design as their own work in any way.

Feel free to use the digital rendering photo in the listing with the Good Measure Embroidery watermark! I hope it helps while you advertise. Please do not use photos of finished stitched products - these photos are from testers, and your photos will always be a better representation of your own work. Whenever you can, tag us on social media!
